Return Policy


It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that’s why we offer returns for store credit note or exchange in cases :

  • The item does not fit you
  • You’re not satisfied with the quality

For Australian & International customers, we accept return within 14 days after delivery

  • You can return it by submit the online Return Form to us
  •  We will offer refund for faulty / defective items only.
  •  We do not accept return for Sale items on Sale section
  • Shipping fee is not returnable (if applicable)

        Returns Condition

        1. Products that have not been used or worn and with all tags or stickers attached.
        2.  All return notices must be received by VIVA DEVINE within 14 days after delivery.
        3. Parcels must be sent to the Return Address that we provide via email.
        4. For store credit, we will be more than happy to issue you a store credit that never expires to purchase absolutely anything in our store, the credit process will take within 3 days after we received the return parcel.

          Items are not returned

          • Any item not in its original condition, is worn, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
          • Free gift
          • Sale items are final and cannot be returned
          • Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on sale catalogue or if you change your mind.

               Returns Instruction

              1. Please fill out and submit the online Return Form. We will then review your return enquiry and get back to you within 24 hours with a Return Address. Returned items are inspected by our team
              2. Once received the Return Address, please choose your shipping method accordingly, buyer will be responsible for shipping fee of the return. We also recommend obtaining a tracking number as we do not compensate for lost returns.


                Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / store credit.

                For store credit, If you are approved, you will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item at the time of purchase. Store credit note will be sent to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. 

                For a refund, if eligible, your initial payment will be returned in full at original payment method.


                  After your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replaced product to you within 1-3 business days. 

                    Faulty / Defective Products 

                    At VIVA DEVINE, we are committed to sell only high quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped.

                    In the rare event, if you have received a faulty product, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the faulty item. If we are unable to offer a replacement or store credit for the item, we will then issue you a full refund.

                    In the case of a full refund, we will be able to issue your refund within 7 days of  us receiving the faulty product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.

                    Orders are placed with Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit note unless proven to be faulty after inspection by us. Visit Afterpay’s refund policy here :

                     Return in Transit Issues

                    VIVA DEVINE may or may not reship the replacement or repair the item is damaged by courier. We reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.

                    We will not be liable for the items lost during return shipping. Customer is responsible for any tax and duty incurred for the return.

                    Change or Cancel Order

                    • We do not accept change or cancel order. If you have ordered incorrect size or colour, we will be happy to issue you a credit note or replace the item.
                    • We recommend definitely make sure all details (size, colour, fit) are correct at the checkout.
