Generally, we ship orders within 1 to 3 business days, however, due to high demand of some products, please allow up to 7 business days for us to ship your orders.
We offer Free Standard Shipping Worldwide with tracking numbers on orders over $50.00 AUD. Once your order has processed, your order will be dispatched from our manufacturers directly to you. After dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number via email.
Express shipping is available via DHL or Australia Post, the shipping costs based on your post code, customers will be able to select Express shipping at checkout. We offer Free Express shipping on orders over $220 AUD

OUT OF STOCK ISSUE
Our goal is quick turn around, in rare event, the garment's out of stock after you placed the order, we will contact customer for clarification and may offer a replacement.
Normally, the garment'll be back in stock within 1-2 week, once the garment's back in stock, we'll arrange a shipment to you as soon as possible.
DELIVERY ISSUEIf your order is not delivered within 60 days due to any reasons related to Viva Devine, we offer 100% refund for the garment or resend a new garment for Free.
Items purchased on Pre-order may take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order, will hold back the delivery. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: The estimated date of delivery and production of pre-order item can take up to 2 months to complete.
TRACKING NUMBER & SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

- Express Shipping requires signature upon delivery, the carrier may contact the recipient when the parcel arrives to the shipping address

- We do not ship orders on Saturday & Sunday
- If any delays on processing time or transit time during peak times, Holiday, New Year or Post on busy periods, VIVA DEVINE will inform it on our website.
- We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
